Wonderful doesn’t begin to describe it. Has everything I need and more.Recently had to go to emergency and having all my information in the one place was a godsend. I saw it advertised on Facebook and looked numerous times but am so glad I ordered one. If you’re considering ordering do it now. Not cheap but worth every cent. Each section is well thought out and easy to use, already got my doctor questions written down for this afternoon

I purchased this after trying a few notebooks - journals. I like the layout and I can pull out sections I don’t need
I track my appointments and the note tablet is easy to capture my conversations and insert in binder. Will use to track chemo and radiation treatment

I wrote my frst entry in the symptom pages, and it was so simple, clear, and easy to use. I think you've thought of everything and more. Beautiful layout, quality, and aesthetics. A VERY useful tool to keep track of the overwhelming amount of information that comes with cancer and its treatment.
