Orders & Shipping
Yes we ship to most countries worldwide. Where applicable, shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
It depends on where you are. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Orders normally take 5-12 business days to arrive.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Simply click on the link to monitor the status and location of your package. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, our customer service team is here to assist you every step of the way.
Express shipping may be available at checkout depending on your region. If you do not see express shipping at checkout but need your order urgently, please contact us at contact@thecancerkit.com before placing your order.
Yes, duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost.
Before your order ships, please let us know your order number along with the updated delivery address. While we strive to accommodate all updates, please note that in some instances, our warehouse works quickly to get orders out, and updates may not be possible.

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven’t received it, we recommend you check nearby (sometimes couriers leave parcels with neighbours, building management, security, or in a safe location) or checking with your local post office first.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your order, please contact us at contact@thecancerkit.com. While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the courier, we’ll do our best to help investigate and offer a resolution where possible.
Shipping Protection is now available at checkout as an optional add-on for a small fee. This provides in house coverage in case your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
How it works:
- Opt in for Shipping Protection at checkout.
- If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide the tracking number and supporting documentation (eg. photos of damage, proof of non-delivery). We’ll assess the claim: If approved, we will either reship the product or issue a refund, including the Shipping Protection fee. If declined, we’ll explain the reason clearly.
Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Loss or damage due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Non-delivery or delay resulting from local postal issues, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
- Normal wear and tear, manufacturing defects, or situations covered under our general Returns Policy.
- Issues not supported by required documentation.
Refund of Shipping Protection Fee:
- If your claim is accepted, you'll receive a full refund of the Shipping Protection fee in addition to the reshipment or order refund.
- If the claim is not approved, the fee is not refunded.
This coverage is entirely optional, you may decline it and continue with standard shipping. Without protection, any claims are handled according to carrier liability and may be subject to their policies and limits.
For effective claims, retain your order confirmation, tracking information, and any relevant photos to support your request.
Return & Refunds
If you simply change your mind, we may accept a return at our discretion, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@thecancerkit.com, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Once we confirm your request, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. The item must then be shipped to us within 7 days of acceptance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If your item arrives faulty due to a manufacturing issue, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@thecancerkit.com with photos. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund under our standard Returns Policy.
If your package was damaged during transit, lost, or stolen and you opted in for Shipping Protection at checkout, you’ll be covered. In that case, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your tracking number and photos/documentation, and we’ll assess your claim under the Shipping Protection policy.
If you did not select Shipping Protection, any claims for transit issues will need to be raised directly with the shipping carrier and may be subject to their policies and limits.
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If the item was purchased using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the same amount.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel it. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at contact@thecancerkit.com.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
